Return Policy

All items must be unused. Needles, notions, patterns, books, clearance items, opened bags and skeins without tags are FINAL SALE.

A 20% or minimum $10 restocking fee will be charged for ALL items. (Exception - defective or incorrect merchandise will be replaced.)

Shipping charges are not refundable. You must first call 1-888-242-4474 for return authorization.

We will not assume responsibility for returns sent to our PO box.

All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

SPECIAL ORDERS REQUIRE ADVANCE PAYMENT AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
